perfumerias in Madrid?
Question:
hullo off to Madrid at the weekend for a shopping spree, and wondered if fellow basenoter's could recommend some perfumeria's? information on large stockists to specialist stores would be much appreciated, and save me time wandering around cluelessly! much obliged. Tommy Answer: Barfumeria Conde de Aranda nr 4 28001 Madrid Nadia Velasquez nr 46 28001 Madrid Paris Guzman El bueno 106 28003 Madrid RAMAS C/Velasquez nr 45 28006 Madrid Velas y Decoration Claudio Coello nr 69 bis 28001 Madrid These perfumeries are listed on L'Artisan website and I suppose that if they stock L'Artisan they must have other brands too. Answer: Hi Tommy, just check the City Shopping Guides forum, there's a detailed post by The_Love and me, as well as some other suggestions by other members. Have fun! I guess the best way to answer that question is with statistical data. These are the male and female top five of 2006: Male: 1 Le Male - Jean Paul Gaultier (BPI) 4,60% 2 Acqua di Gio - Giorgio Armani (L'Oréal) 3,90% 3 Esencia - Loewe (LVMH) 3,80% 4 Agua Fresca - Adolfo Domínguez (Puig) 3,70% 5 Boss Bottled - Hugo Boss (P&G) 3,40% Female: 1 Eau de Rochas (P&G) 3,80% 2 Agua Fresca - Adolfo Domínguez (Puig) 2,60% 3 Aire - Loewe (LVMH) 2% 4 CK One - Calvin Klein (Coty) 1,90% 5 Amor Amor - Cacharel (L'Oréal ) 1,90% I believe only Loewe and Adolfo Domínguez are Spanish brands, although that is a hard thing to determine these days of multinational companies.
