If I recall correctly Arpege pour Homme has a strong note of this type as well.
Frederic Malle Vetiver Extraordinaire plays up the vetiver in such a way that evokes a rich dry licorice as well.

Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Anisia Bella is rather fresh and green and has anise riding the whole way through. As a matter of fact, I'm wearing it now. Its not a complicated scent but for what it is, its nice. And soo totally unisex!
Annick Goutal Mandragore on my skin has a heavy anise presence as well.
