Vindicated! Guerlain is the Best Fragrance House - Page 2

They should just focus on keeping the quality of they already have, and - better - launch vintage versions of their classics. I'm sure there are plenty of people ready to pay the price for the original Vetiver, or Shalimar, Mitsouko, etc. And, no more reformulations, please. Answer: the reason no one gives any respect to the mens edp's here in the states is they're practically unavailable. and I hope this post proves me wrong and 10 different people list ten different places where the edp is only 50% more than the edt rather than listing edp's that approach 4 figures. Answer: By the way, no matter how much I respect Guerlain, I believe the stronger house of masculine fragrance nowadays is YSL. Perhaps they don't have the best frag, but considering their whole line, they're hard to beat. And, IMHO, they have the best recent launchings also. Most BN'ers respect Guerlains past - its where the house is headed that worries many. Answer: Originally Posted by Shiver Yeah, apart from L'Homme. That's true. They need to have someone strong in charge who respects the name. Damaging the name and reputation of Guerlain is the route to eventual insolvency. Answer: Guerlain is the only house who's mens fragrances have yet to impress me. Answer: Originally Posted by Thrax Guerlain is the only house who's mens fragrances have yet to impress me.
