Originally Posted by zztopp I am in a good mood today so dont spoil it....Drop it and dont try to artificially bump your thread up. "Don't", "Drop it"...you're quite a bossy little guy. We're all happy that you're in a good mood today. Just a little friendly advice. We don't particularly care for people who criticize those who seek assistance on our Board.
You strike me as a person who always needs to have the last word. Are you?

Answer:
zztop was just saying that there have been threads like this before, and that making yet another thread about how most of Bond No. 9's fragrances are similar to other fragrances released before that is redundant and irritating.
Creed's prices are rediculously high. I don't see what that has to do with this thread, nor any of the other posts you brought up.
He said in the beginning that Bond No. 9 house bashing goes on a lot. He didn't say anything about the other houses, your arguments are flawed sir. Get off of his back.
By the way zz, nice new Avatar, I'll have to look into a new one now that we've got bigger sizes.

PS - You're being kind of bossy yourself sir. "Keep your critisisms to yourself"? This is the internet, learning how to use it effectively means realizing that you are asking for other people's opinions. In this case, other people's critisisms, since you were asking them what scents B#9 has made fragrances similar to. Relax and have a good time.

Answer:
See the "Bond No. 9 - why the hate?" thread, plenty of associations in there.
FWIW, I feel that such associations come up far more often when Creed is the topic. GIT=CW and so on. But that may be just me. With brands as expensive as that, I personally can't get enough of these comparisons, and they can very well be done without bashing.

Answer:
WOW! This should be posted as a sticky to show people how NOT to respond in threads.
There are countless "Bond no 9 similiarities" threads already there. Time spent researching THOSE threads would be more productive than sifting through posters' past remarks to form incriminating cases to instigate flame wars. We're learning nothing whatsoever about Bond no 9 here, so allow me to change the subject, because I like Bond no 9.
Is there a Bond no 9 house note? The only fragrances from the house that I've experienced are Bleecker Street and New Haarlem. They both have gourmand qualities (obviously more in NH) and considerable sweetness in the drydown. Is that a house theme?
Also, I could swear I read somewhere that Wall Street is similair to something. Was it Polo Blue? Help me out!

Answer:
love this thread!

Answer:
Well anyways, back on topic.
In anticipation for spring and summer I wore Little Italy today and noticed after it dried down it smelled very similar to Paris Hilton. I haven't really smelled PH for a while though, so I could just be talking out of my ass.
