Do you wear perfume to bed ! ! ! ! ! - Page 2
Question:
I quite often do, something very light though. I wore SMW to bed last night and I swear I was actually in heaven, it was so relaxing. Like Musse, Gaultier2 is also a bedtime favourite of mine, it projects very nicely but not in a headachey way, the bubblegum aspect is really comforting. Answer: almost always, varies love BBW Moonlight Path, Sensual Amber, depends on what I pick up and spray. Answer: Usually yes and sometimes more than one! If I have been trying some samples just before bed I'll just wear them. Tonight I have Heliotrope Blanc, testing, on one arm and Vanille Noire Du Mexique, one of my faves, on the other. I'm just greedy. Answer: unless there's still a bit of scent still on me, I don't wear any fragrance to bed. i don't apply a scent just before I go to bed, because, for some reason, i wake up the next morning with a migrane (have done that a few times). i used to test fragrances before bed time, but i woke up feeling awful the next morning...so i don't do that anymore Answer: With yet another phase of our renovation complete, I have a new evening habit: I keep all my samples in a cubbie next to where I curl up to watch TV. With the lights down low I can't read the labels, so I go through my samples in a blind sniffing (often not recognizing many of them ). Eventually one catches my attention, and I take it for a ride into the night. Answer: After years as a casual wearer of scent and having recently become a total junkie, yup, I almost always put on a new scent at bedtime. Just to get through the testing backlog, it's usually something entirely new, but I generally aim for something warm and amber. Answer: Yes I wear perfume to bed. I have a special bed fragrance - Montale - Black Aoud. Answer: Usually a hint of something. I 'dot' a few areas such as wrist insides with just a touch or two of some 1/6oz roll-on decant that I have out of the fridge. That way it isn't muffled by any long-sleeved top I might wear to help ward off the chill on colder nights. Lately it has been Ralph Lauren Safari for Men, Montana Parfum d'Homme (original) or Havana for Men, but I make sure with the Montana and the Havana to dot at least a half hour before the lights go out as it takes that long for their initial intensity to settle down into a blissful state. I have also used Green Irish Tweed and Caron's Le 3me Homme as I really like sleeping with them wafting in the background. Answer: Absolutely...Chanel No.5 Sensual Elixir. It's the only No.5 version I can wear...and it reminds me of when I was 5, watching my grandmother get made up in front of her vanity before dinner. I find that it helps me sleep Answer: I always wear a fragrance to bed, but I don't have a specific scent that I wear.During the winter I was on a Nu kick, and lately it's been Jicky.
