Tann Rokka
Question:
Has anyone had a chance to try this line? I came across this line in my travels last week and somehow thought it must be an Asian house based on the name, although I now read it's British. The first fragrance was Kisu, but the newer Aki is the one that got my attention: amber, patchouli, vetiver, and sandalwood in a Hegelian balance that I have seldom previously encountered. I'd be interested in other's thoughts of these as well. Colin Answer: I have Kisu and like it very much, it's woody and mellow like the sound of a cello! ;D Would love to try Aki and will definitely order a sample at some point. Answer: I got a free sample of Aki after buying a bottle of Bulgari Black from some guy on EBay. Smells like rich, decadent chocolate with rich patchouli. Like A-men minus the topnotes. There was a sticker on the decant for this site: http://www.ausliebezumduft.de/ It's a good scent. Real good. Answer: Tann Roka were going to send me samples of their scents ages ago, but they never arrived. At the time they said that they didn't have any, but were expecting them shortly. I don't know just how long shortly is..ha ha. Answer: I've just tested both of them today and Aki's the one that impressed me most. However, I can't find any reviews on this one.
