Second the Eau des Merveilles by Hermes.
Also, I get 'salty sand' notes from Azuree Soleil Eau Fraiche by Estee Lauder (this just came out, it's a limited release though)

I find Terre d'Hermes to be quite salty - but not so much sodium chloride type salty, more like mineral salty - as if you go and lick a rock. And that reminds of when I was in Sweden and I went to the candy store, and my girlfriend at the time gives me what looks like a rock of the street. And I put it in my mouth and it tasted like ... a rock off the street!

Terre is like the fragrance version of that, with a hint of orange peel.

Bulgari Aqua is very salty and oceanic (it even has a seaweed note!) and is, for the most part, more assessible and affordable then most of those already listed.
Nothing wrong with sticking with Kenzo PH though.
