I couldn't believe this -
Question:
The other day I tried out my "new" 212. I spray it on and I'm enjoying the pepper note etc., thinking this is cool, I can like this as a fresh, warm season scent. Then like an hour or two later everything, and I mean everything was GONE. Usually when I scent fades you can smell your arm and it will still be there - as in Bulgari PH which has lousy sillage on me. Well this was just totally gone, like no trace at all. I couldn't believe it. Either my body soaks us these things or maybe I had a spoiled bottle I don't know. I can wear pretty strong masculine scents well, so maybe my skin just soaks up the lighter ones. Has anybody else has this happen with 212 in particular? Answer: It does that sometimes. I always spray one on my neck, and one on my arm. Once when I wore B-men, it completely dissapeared on my arm, but was still going strong on my neck. I think maybe it's a friction thing. Answer: Give it another shot once the humidity rises a bit. Winter is dry and the moisture is sucked out of your skin which reduces longevity considerably. I am so looking forward to spring and summer so I can smell my frags again. Answer: Originally Posted by CuyahogaJoe Give it another shot once the humidity rises a bit. I'll stick to the cold weather scents for now. So who is the babe in your avatar? Answer: Originally Posted by CuyahogaJoe Give it another shot once the humidity rises a bit. Answer: This is going to be something of a discovery time for me as well. I never considered any kind of aqua/fresh scents before I tried Acqua di Parma a couple of weeks ago. I really like it quite well and the longevity is pretty good considering the time of year. My concern is what it might do once conditions improve...I guess I should have thought of that before I bought the limited edition 180 ml. flacon.
