Question:
I recently went to a fragrance festival and received some complementary spray bottles for perfumes. What is the best way to pour cologne into them without making a mess?! What do I need to do?

Answer:
Either pour it through a funnel if it is a bottle without a sprayer or aim the spray into the bottle and just spray away. With some powerful sprayers it helps to use a funnel too because the perfume can splash out as the level in the bottle nears the top.
Just make sure you don't advertise them for sale here (see recent threads) .

Very good advice. Another way ... if it's a pour bottle and not a spray ... is to simply use a plastic drinking straw. Just dip the straw in the bottle and cover the open end with your finger (kinda like in grammar school when you dipped it in your milk and whipped it in your friends face). I use this method with my Serge Lutens bell jars to decant and it's very fast and efficient.
