This may not contribute too well to the discussion, but I had to write that in my opinion, Dior Homme has the best longevity of anything I have ever tried. So if there are some out there who think it's longevity is anything below average, that proves how so very subjective the fragrance world is.

I received a bottle yesterday and... I don't think the longevity is great, not for a nice strong dose of diot homme goodness. I drenched myself with it numerous times over the course of the day.
Boi$ D'Argent has much better longevity on me.

MarkC I agree. This frag has monster longevity and sillage on me. I can't imagine more than six sprays of this one.

I found that Dior Homme did not agree with me. Maybe I don't like Iris...I'm interested to find out.
I did not have a problem with longevity. The smell (which was pure makeup bag!) stayed with me for hours - and I got this from a sample tube (manufacturers not decanted).
