where are these locations exactly? I have been told to apply cologne there, but I have no idea what those terms indicate. pictures would be helpful!

Small of the back: dip at the lower spine
Small of the neck: somebody, apparently unaware of the term "cervical curve", just HAD to invent a parallel term to the above.
