Welcomely. I write simply times for a change German You have a very beautiful list there! Everything hochklassig, thus actually only taste question. I would recommend in particular Terre of d'Hermes, am versatile have much class and, as well as to XS - smells like it is twice as expensive. “Sophisticated.” Mugler Cologne and Kenzo are me personally too all too. further I would recommend to you a few Exoten: Acqua di Portofino (freshly green-maritime, elegantly, rarely, to have sometimes very favorably with ebay) Adolfo Dominguez Vetiver Hombre (freshness like it more elegantly does not go. Unfortunately not in D erhätlich, only sometimes over ebay) Clinique Happy for Men (very beautiful orangiger Zitrusduft). Richard James Eau de Toilette (very nobly, British Gentleman purely, freshly plus leathers plus floral, was to be had for a while mockery-cheaply on ebay, although it is very expensive eigentich) Acqua di Parma, Colonia (freshly & elegantly, unfortunately expensively)) L'Occitane, Vetyver (IMO much better than Guerlain's, erdig however freshly, beautiful spice resemblances in the background. Not expensively, approx. 30 euro) Crown Perfumery - very classical English smells. Sandrigham is perfectly, zitrus wood easy floral, hinreissend. Extremely zitrisch, then elegantly puderig imperial, Kräuterig lavendelig Town&Country, is herb industrial union bitter Eau de Quinine. If you come times into a larger Douglas, try there fun for the sake of times the perfumes of Creed, about which one talks much here. Very expensively, but partly the best which it gives and over ebay often at the half price to then have. Caution, craze danger And if you are interested in fillings - I make straight mean shop see close below), but to end of the yearly I still offer. Much success and pleasure with finding your dream smells.

Answer:

- Chanel Allure / jil sander for men / Joop Jump
- Burberry Brit / Armani Code
- Tabac Original / Old Spice I am not a Guerlain Vetiver fan - I hate the tobacco/vetiver thing
I would much rather use YSL PH (1971)

Terre D'Hermes is just awful to my nose
I would rather go for something like Cool Water (yes it is a cheap copy of Creed GIT, but I assume that GIT is beyond the budget?)
Only problem with Cool Water is that it was a bit too common - but the rise of the aquas have changed this a bit - may no longer be a problem

Lagerfeld Photo? No... you can do better...
I would replace Photo with Azzaro PH or Kouros

Anyway, they're my suggestions...

Answer:
thanks "musky_monkey"
Don´t now YSL PH (1971), only read that it is comparable with > Dolce&Gabbana PH (great sillage) / Versace Dreamer / Le male / Carolina Herrera for men ????
gendarme20 is better than gendarme ( will try both )
Terre D'Hermes cause did read good reviews, am surprised but will try it those days, so i can tell then more and can also compare then with alternatives, davidoff cool water could be one, why not, used it years ago.
Herrera for Men is better than Paco XS > have to try both, are they comparable, which one should i try with them too ?
YSL M7 only at nights ?

will try A*Men and Rococo too. Could test A*Men a little bit and liked it.
What about Rive gauche YSL ?? Better than azarro ? or Kouros ?
Photo is an cheap one and i like it, also azarro but i think azarro would be too strong, have to try YSL kourus. Why not Armani BlackCode ? did read good reviews of !
I have so many fragrances now in the list that i have to put some away to try the rest but will do this later when i am sure.
Which would you kick away from the list below and which would you compare with which ? To have at the end maximum 15 fragrances to TRY ??

Answer:
Here's my thoughts on your list:
5 x Daytime
YES

- Bvlgari Pour Homme ( 1995 allrounder ) -great distinguished classy unobtrusive
- Guerlain Vetiver (great sillage) - classic, distincitive, not for everyone, but fresh, soapy
- Armani Eau PH ( fresh & spicy ) - the greatest citrus IMO, better than Eau Sauvage or YSL PH, phenomenal drydown of spice and wood without the "body odour note" of the others
Gucci Pour Homme (winter ) - great wood and incense frag
Lanvin L'Homme - don't own it, but very clean and business like without being too aquatic or boring, probably don't need this and Bvlgari, choose one as they serve the same purpose
NO
- Chanel Allure / Burberry Brit / Armani Code - better sweet orientals around
Summer:
YES
- Terre D'Hermes (great sillage - also for evening and summer) - in my top 5, a phenomenally good frag IMO
- Gendarme / Gendarme 20 - boring, wear Bvlgari or Lanvin instead
- Davidoff CoolWater - not bad, but a bit common in the company of your other suggestions
Casual:
- Paco Rabanne XS ( 1993 office and after hours - LongLasting) - great frag, only just got it myself, cheap, longlasting
- Burberry London - nice stuff
- YSL Live Jazz (don't last) - not bad, but you have better ones in your list
- Echo by Davidoff / Higher by Dior / Azarro Chrome / twice (iceberg) - why bother?
- Opium YSL - too sweet without the character of Body Kouros
- Bvlgari Aqva / Acqua Di Gio - nothing wrong with them
SmartCasual & Formal:
- Patricia de Nicolaï New York (1989) - haven't smelled it, apparently similar to Bois du Portugal which I own and love
- Chanel Pour Monsieur (1955) - love it, a true classic, I'd go for the concentree but others would disagree
- Givenchy Gentleman (1974 great sillage & conspicuous - only winter) - don't buy blind, very distinctive patchouli note, I like it but don't often find occasion to wear it
- Dunhill Edition (1984 spicy/woody) - MUST BUY, brilliant brilliant frag and quite cheap
- Paco Rabanne PH - pretty good but others are better
- YSL Kouros - too controversial
5 x Evening:
Casual:
- Lagerfeld Classic (1978 longlasting - formal too)
- Joop Roccoco - no
- Gucci Envy / Obsession for Men (1986) - both awesome orientals
- Dolce&Gabbana PH (great sillage) - used to wear it a lot, certainly powerful but I no longer like
- Le male - too common
- Burberry London - nice stuff
- Thierry Mugler B*Men - no
- drakkar noir - no
- Gucci Rush (woody) - PH or Envy better
- Versace L'Homme / Azzaro Visit / Etienne Aigner Private Number / Statement - why bother?
- Bulgari Black - good stuff
- Givenchy Pi - too linear, get Bvlgari lack or Body Kouros instead
Night;
- YSL M7 (2002 great sillage - Night - only winter ?) - good stuff
- Gucci Pour Homme ( winter ) - yes
- Lanvin L'Homme - not for night
- Thierry Mugler A*Men (great sillage) / rochas man - no
- very irresistabel (givenchy) / diesel for men - no
- Egoiste Platinum (great silllage ) - no, get XS, more subtle and classier

SmartCasual & Formal
- Antaeus( longevity - formal & smart casual - not for everyday ) / - yes
- Rive gauche YSL (~old spice)
> Azarro pH > YSL Kouros - in that order
- Lagerfeld Photo / Armani Black Code / Armani Mania / Celine Pour Homme -no
- Guerlain Heritage (similar too gucci envy but not soo sweet - 40+ age group - formal) - definitely! not that sim to envy IMO
- Zino Davidoff (melancholic vibe) - not sure
- Égoïste (sweet) / dior homme - yes both very good
- Givenchy Xeryus (1986 versatile) - no
- YSL Body Kouros (great silllage) - yes

It is a very expensive fragrance.
If fragrances like F.Malle are on the menu, then Serge Lutens, L'Artisan, MPG, Diptyque etc should also be on the menu which would give you many different recommendations...
Another great value contender for your "Evening, Night" category could be Ungaro III - which I prefer to M7.
Good luck!

Answer:
you are right, expensive and not the time for, later when i have an basis wardrobe and know more of course the way to go.
for nights ( do i need one ? i am married :-) ungaro III come´s to the list.
