Question:
I swear when I put on Geir sample today I smelled Le Male!!!!!!
Has anyone encountered the same effect?
I found the notes in Le Male on the directory, however, I could not find any notes on Geir. I was going to cpmpare the two ingredients to see how close they really are.
Le Male came out in 95' years before Geir so I think theres some copying a bit going on...lol.
Any way I tried geir and it's too sweet and real potent...I'm no fan of Le Male at all but I could swear Geir smelled just like it!
Would like to try Rocha man and Kouros I guess when I go back to the dept. store.

I recall hearing you make this same comparison in another thread and knowing what you were talking about. I don't necessarily think it smells like Le Male but I do smell that oriental quality that makes it such a distiguished fragrance. It is as if it is a half summer, half winter fragrance (if you want to classify it that way).
I think that you have the right idea about it but I just don't smell Le Male.

They say Rochas Man and Rive Gauche PH is really good. How about those colognes as far as getting compliments?

As far as the Geir and Le Male goes I wish I had the notes on Geir cause I definately smell something so darn close! lol Whether it be a base note or a middle note, it's weird, the minute I sprayed it on the skin after about 10 minutes, it's like half the notes I smelled from when I tried Le Male. Weird?
