Without wanting to impugn Groucho's great spontaneous wit, I think that when it came to You Bet Your Life and other shows, I believe he had some prep time with contestants beforehand, possibly making his "ad-libs" that much snappier!
A fragrance for him? Paraphrasing someone else, he'd never wear a fragrance that would smell good on him. But maybe he'd do CB I Hate Perfume's Mr. Hulot's Holiday... sounds like it could be a Marx Brothers title.
