It could have been a great fragrance but the sharpness spoils it! If it tones down a little after some time on the skin, I would get it. But so far I've only smelled it on a test strip. There's a fresh "plant sap" note in it that reminds me of Mugler Cologne. So if you like MC, you might like it!
Quite different from the original Egoiste. But there's still a slight hint of Egoiste running in it.
I didn't really mind the sharpness, but I didn't buy it because it's just too SYNTHETIC!

I have not not tested this because the locals don't have it in stock. Can someone please tell me what's the closest thing it smells to? I read somewhere that it smells kind of like GiT? *as long as it does not smells like Joop or Ralph Lauran Romance Silver,Angel,Ultravoilet i might be ok with it. *The stuff i like are GiT,Fahrenheit, RL Blue.

As much as I love Egoiste, I detest Egoiste Platinum. It has that HARSH chemical strain to it like so many of the newer fragrances.

A fine scent for sure, but two older classical Chanels are closer to my heart. There I do miss some of the longevity and sillage PE obviously has.
