I've not seen it for sale anywhere.

It does sound interesting, like just the fragrance to wear when listening to Jethro Tull's Heavy Horses or "Songs from the Wood". I gather from the net that the distributor is a Russian company - no wonder nothing ever arrives on the shelves .
Also, Lobogal sound more pharmceutical than perfumey. I wonder whether this whole deal was meant for the Eastern European market specifically?
