Mazzolari Lui
Question:
I've sampled this a few times now and I love it. It's moved up into my favorites and it's one I really want to buy. It seems to me to be a complex fragrance and a throwback. I haven't seen much written about it here in the forum and was wondering what others thought of it. Also, are there other notables from this brand that are worth trying out? Thanks in advance. Answer: I agree that it's magnificent. Incredible quality, so packed with patchouli, wood, and musky sexiness you can feel it brimming, and yet so luxurious and distinguished. Love the minimalist bottle, too, which, considering the enormous concentration of this potion, should last a lifetime. One of my best blind buys ever. Answer: Count me in as a lover too. Amazing patchouli and amber concoction. One of those rare fragrances heavy with patchouli which doesn't turn rancid on me. The only downside is the price. Answer: I love Lui too. Its raw and refined at the same time and it exudes a certain raw elegance. I own Lui and I have tested Vetiver (a floral and unusual soft vetiver) Patchouli, Mazzolari (a very beautifull take on woody/green) and Alessandro (a high quality heliotrope frag). All are excellent. Its pretty remarkable that a chain of Milan-based perfumeries releases so strong and unusual fragrances of highest quality. In my book the line as a whole is even more interesting than e.g. the (legitimately praised) Acqua di Parma line. Christian P.S.: I forgot: the member juggernet wrote excellent reviews on them (unfortunatelly not in the directory): VETIVER: /showt...ight=mazzolari LUI: /showt...ight=mazzolari LEI: /showt...ight=mazzolari MAZZOLARI: /showt...ight=mazzolari Answer: Another fan here! It's on the top of my buy list. Answer: Does anyone know where this can be purchased in Italy outside of Milan? Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
