Luca Turin re: new Mitsouko
Question:
http://www.nzzfolio.ch/www/21b625ad-...672b2bac9.aspx Answer: That's heartening to hear. Perhaps I will replace my parfum once it runs out, after all. Answer: Many thanks for this article - and for the source. I have just lost half a day reading more of Luca's columns (he is just so bitingly funny) and plan to lose the other half reading your listed sites, naughty Pluran! (Wonder how we can tell if what we're buying is the "new" Mitsouko??? Are there release dates like with softwear and with wine???) Answer: Originally Posted by pluran http://www.nzzfolio.ch/www/21b625ad-...672b2bac9.aspx For those interested, this is the link to 50 (5 pages of them) past columns (back to 8/03) written by Luca Turin for that same publication. http://www.nzzfolio.ch/www/view.aspx...se&al=%20False Answer: I look forward to trying the new-new Mitsouko! Answer: Well, hooray. I'm still glad that people made such a fuss, because it forced Guerlain to do the very best job they could do to reformulate Mitsouko. And Luca Turin is a very funny guy. Thanks for the link, Pluran. Answer: I can 't think of another perfume that gets so much close attention than Mitsouko! since Luca Turin has complained about the reformulation of Mitsouko, we 've seen Mitsouko threads week after week on POL and now basenotes. that said, I m also glad people still care! but let 's not forget that all of the other classics have been reformulated too, Mitsouko is not an isolated case. Answer: I wonder if they will continue to make Mitsouko in all 3 forms (edt, edp & parfum) or if they will do away with the edp. It's very hard to find lately! Answer: I know I ve only seen the edt lately ... Answer: Am I the only one bothered at the fact that there are only, say, 2-3 lines about the actual smell of it? Basenoters have done way better than that! I also like the "newer" version btw. The original has always been just too creamy on me. Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
