Armani Attitude now available at Nordstrom.com
Question:
For those of you who have been waiting for this, it's now available at Nordstrom.
Cool bottle, too... if anyone has tried this, place your smelly thoughts here.

Answer:
I received a sample yesterday, and have been able to try it a bit more. I really have to say it comes across a lot like B Man. There may be some differences with the top notes, but once one gets into the heart of the fragrance, with the patchouli, it really smells like a tad lighter version of it.

Answer:
if you look in Basenotes directory for this you'll find an ebay offering already.

Answer:
Just picked up a bottle of Attitude at Nordstrom. My initial impressions from just spraying the back of my hand are that Attitude is fairly light and yet persistent. The initial citrus blast and subsequent dry-down reminds me a bit of Hanae Mori, but perhaps a bit more subdued. Another poster earlier compared Attitude to B-Man, which I feel is accurate as well, but Attitude seems a little more mainstream for better or worse.
Since I'm already wearing a different cologne today, (Michael Kors), I'll have to wait until tomorrow to fully try out Attitude and report back. Based on the sillage from the back of my hand, things look (smell) promising, although nothing to far out of the ordinary. Attitude seems regal and tailor made for the office, but I'm not sure how well this one will do at night.

Answer:
Saw it at NM a couple of days ago. I like the look of the bottle but the flip top - like a butane lighter - is a little weird, with the cap dangling there as you spray. I smelled it but have already totally forgotten what it smelled like!

Answer:
Got a faint 'petroleum' smell that other Basenoters say they get from Fahrenheit...I am NOT comparing Attitude to Fahrenheit. But the 'petroleum' note was unmistakable to my nose...
Will sniff again soon

Answer:
Tried it at Nordstrom today and was really impressed. It smells a bit old school and modern at the same time. There was something in it that reminded me of Rive Gauche. And I understand Mike now when he mentioned some "faint petroleum note", it doesn't smell like Fahrenheit though.
To be honest I didn't expect anything like this from Armani ( and I owned and liked AdG, Mania and Code ).

Answer:
Ok. Let's keep the new Armani posts under one 'roof'.
What is the verdict so far? I know it's early but a few moments with a new scent is usually enough time to tell if it's worth further consideration.
My local SA called me to say that it had arrived but I didn't have the heart to tell her I have no Armani fragrances in my collection and that I'd have very little reason to start now. Guess I should be kind and try it out.

My local SA called me to say that it had arrived but I didn't have the heart to tell her I have no Armani fragrances in my collection and that I'd have very little reason to start now. Guess I should be kind and try it out. This is a tough one for me to rate to be completely honest. On my skin, Attitude starts off great, a bit like Hanae Mori or maybe YSL Homme, however this initial greeting only lasts for a couple of minutes. What comes next, at least to my nose is......nothing. Absolutely nothing. It's like the fragrance as a whole completely disappears, at least on my skin. What's really bizarre though is that I've gotten a LOT of compliments when wearing Attitude. Go figure.
Out of the three new colognes I've recently purchased (Gucci PH II, Tommy Bahama Set Sail St. Barts, and Armani Attitude), Attitude is the most confounding. I honestly wanted to return it, but then the compliments started coming in. I wish I could give a more detailed account of the different basenotes, but I just can't seem to pick anything up past the initial opening. I've worn it now three days in a row trying to get a better semblance of what Attitude is all about, but so far, no luck. Very strange.
Your milage may vary with this one. The SA's at Nordstrom here in Portland are really pushing Attitude, and obviously there are people who can actually smell it. Unfortunately, at least for now, I'm not one of them. I'll report back if anything changes, but admittedly Attitude hasn't shown much "attitude" to me so far.

Answer:
Tried it today. Thought it was the most unique scent from Armani so far. Vanished too quickly, but that might have been olfactory fatigue(though I could still smell the other things I was testing). Kind of a darker scent. I almost liked it at first but became less impressed with it as time went on. More of a fan of Mania, actually.
