If Mitsouko is touchy on you, Citta di Kyoto does have that haunting fragility that would suit well. In the same vein, I've got tickets for La Boheme in May. What do you all think? Likewise the Cab Calloway Orchestra on Saturday.

I wore Ambre Extrême to The Phantom of the Opera last weekend and it somehow worked magic. Maybe it's the rainy day, or maybe it's the red carpets in the theatre.. who knows.

I ended up wearing Citta di Kyoto with a spritz of Eugenie... I can't resist the sandalwood note.
A woman in front of me in line was wearing......Hanae Mori's BUTTERFLY...DUH!
I didn't even consider that! It was lovely on her.
Enjoyed the show but wanted to stand up and yell at Pinkerton..."YOU A**HOLE!" and at Madame Butterfly "It's been THREE YEARS! GET OVER HIM!"
It reminded somewhat of the bad parts of my marriage, only set to music!
That Japanese intensity is totally true to life, in my experience.
