Hey,
I need some help making a list of fragrances for my Sister to try.
She is only 16 and I think would unfortunately only appreciate the more recent and popular fragrances.
Which are the best in this category?
I know she likes Lacoste Touch Of Pink and Britney Spears Fantasy. I think she likes Tierry Mugler Alien aswell.

I would recommend Promesse by Cacharel. I think its a lovely sweet, light fragrance for a teenage girl. She might also like Tresor by Lancome.

My daughter is 17 and she wears JLo Glow, another one I can't remember the name of...Paradise?...and Serge Lutens Datura Noir. I can't stand Datura Noir, and I can only just bear it on her. Her skin changes all perfumes for the better somehow. Oh, she also wears Burberry. But only because she works at Boots and was given it! :-)

I had a Saturday job at Boots when I was in my teens - that's where I discovered Mitsouko, amongst other things!
I wore Diorissimo when I was 16-17 - it's classic but very fresh and fibrant.
If she likes Alien she may also like Armani Code. Otherwise, the suggstions above are all good.

Finally remembered the one I forgot earlier - Beyond Paradise (think it's Estee Lauder). Also the recommendation for Cabotine is a good one, it's a lovely fragrance (I forgot I had some of that, and I found it still in the box last night, what a lovely surprise!).

I'd give her a hand written "gift certificate" that included lunch or coffee and a visit to the nearest well-stocked fragrance counter and let her sniff away - your treat! There's so many fresh young scents out there - some of the celebs aren't bad at all - and there's The Body Shop and Bath and Body Works and Victoria's Secret.....
Let her nose do the choosing!!
