Aramis,which one is the best?
Question:
I own Tuscany and like this one;i also see bottles called Aramis Devin and Aramis 900; do you know if they are as good as Tuscany?
Thanks

Answer:
I like Bermuda Tonic a lot, but it's never going to be as good as Tuscany...it's not really fair to compare the two anyways, they are very different scents.

Answer:
Havana is one of the best men's frags ever created.

Answer:
Devin & Aramis 900 are in no way similar to Tuscany.
Of the 3, my favorite is Devin.
Other favorite Aramis scent is: New West for Her (marketed for women, but an entirely unisex scent and much better IMO than the regular Aramis New West)

Answer:
JHL is my favorite Aramis fragrance. The Carnation, Cinnamon, Fir, Rose, Labdanum, Vanilla, Sandalwood accord of JHL is masculine and warm, and I enjoy wearing it for all kinds of occasions, both formal and casual. My father didn’t wear fragrance, but JHL seems like a fragrance that would have suited him well. Perhaps that is why I seem to always think of him when wearing JHL.

"Best" is a very relative term. It depends on your taste in fragrances. My favorites from Aramis are:
1. JHL (this is not discontinued contrary to what some of the BN directory reviews say)
2. Havana
3. Tuscany
in that order

Answer:
Very timely - earlier today as I sprayed on 'Life' I though of what a strong house Aramis is - relatively few fragrances but all very strong.
In order for me would be:
1. Havana
2. Tuscany
3. JHL
4. 900
5. Life
6. New West
7. Devin
8. Original

Answer:
does anyone remember one called Aramis 500 herbal ? ca. 1978 or so?

Answer:
At the back of a cupboard, I've still got a bottle and a bit of some stuff called Aramis 900 hair conditioner. It's a dark brown liquid and for a time many years ago I used it instead of any other EdT because I loved the smell. But I didn't like Aramis 900 itself!. I think the hair stuff had bay rum as well as the Aramis 900 smell, and that made the difference to me: unfortunately I'm sure it's long discontinued.
