Question:
Went to Atlanta this past weekend. As others have noted, all the new scents are on the shelves. Some observations:
1. The new Gaultier floral male scent is very good. I liken it to 2 parts Le Male mixed with one part...KOUROS!!
2. Kiton Black was just OK. Smelled kinda common to me.
3. The new Armani (Attitude?) was nice, but again, just OK.
4. Gucci 2 smelled like a summer version scent. I had to have it! Wife liked it, too. Kinda like Gucci plus some sweet tart candy in it's smell.
5 Asprey Purple Water is very similar to Aqua di Parma. I bought a bottle since I've never seen this before and my wife said it smells just like summer! It does require at least 6-8 sprays, though.

Interesting! Just sprayed that combo on my arm. You're not too far off, really, but I found Fleur du Male much less sharp. Seemed more like a cross between Gaultier² and Le Male.

Not to turn this into another Gucci 2 thread, but I received a sample over the weekend and though it was OK. I still need to give it a full day of wear before deciding if it's bottleworthy. It's testworthy.
I also sampled the new Armani. Just didn't do anything for me either.
