Hi all, years ago I had a shower gel and perfume that were basically a single-note passion flower. I can hardly remember what they smelled like but I remember loooooving them!! So, I have two questions for all my learned friends:
1 - any recs for scents with a dominant passion flower note?
2 - (a dumb question) is passion flower the flower of passionfruit? if so, are they similar in scent?

Hi Ozkat, I have a bottle of Passion flower EDP from The Body Shop, it was released years ago and now it is discontinued in HK. It is described as a floral fruity fragrance that combines passion fruit oil from Peru and redcurrant, passion flower, grapefruit and jasmine...
You may also want to do Fragrance Notes search on the BN directory. There is a small list of scents with that passion flower note.

There's the Keiko Mecheri Passiflora—I noticed it was still available on the Last Chance section of Mecca online when I was browsing today.
It didn't sit well on my skin, but I remember it from the bottle as quite a fresh fruity-floral, very girlish and pretty!

I had the chance to sniff and briefly test MIAMI GLOW by JLo, and I thought it was really pretty. It has a nice passion flower note, so you may want to check that one out.

Lancome Hypnose: passion flower, vanilla ,woods and vetiver. Very sweet but I really like it.
