Aimez Moi, Jean Patou 1.000 and Oh! de Moschino - what do they have in common?
Question:
Hello, I´m quite a new member and now I need the help of all you perfume experts.
All the three listed perfumes contain a note that really offends my nose. When I smell the flacon its already there and on my skin it will stay for quite some time.
I first noticed this smell in Aimez Moi by Caron and yesterday discovered that Oh! de Moschino and Jean Patou 1.000 have this note, too.
I looked them up and suspected it was cumin or coriander, but both are not listed for Oh! de Moschino.
Maybe its not even a note but a certain blend - or maybe my nose is just funny.
I would really appreciate your help and ... uh, anyone ready to adopt an unloved Aimez Moi?

Answer:
I believe it is a combination of spices and musk: often times only a few notes are listed while over 100 ingredients (more than that in Mille!) are being used.
Do not need me another bottle of Aimez Moi, but it is about the only Caron I would wear, where fruit, flowers and woods are perfectly modulated and the longevity is better than ordinary. Grab it, someone, and make a good use of it!
