Silly names are just that. There will eventually be a scent named Penis and it may do well if it's a nice blend. I heard this a lot: no asparagus, use pineapple.

It's a porn shop article like there are hundreds. This seller chose the name (translated) "smell-and-cum" for themselves. One might speculate how you heard of it.
