A question about Jo Malone shops
Question:
Do they have any free samples on offer? It's just that i have family who will be nearby one of the stores tomorrow and i was wondering if it was worth asking them to go in for me.

Answer:
I've had samples from the shop in Leeds (UK) and the one in Las Vegas. The Heathrow Airport shop didn't do samples; whether that was some security thing or just stinginess is beyond me!
My mother in law just sent me a set of Fig and Cassis soaps for my birthday. She is a splendid lady who knows me well.

Answer:
I went to their boutique at Neiman Marcus (NJ) and went home with about 12 sample vials.

Answer:
the store in the Flatiron building in NYC gave lots of tester samples last time I was there.

Answer:
I've always gotten samples when I've asked; just seem interested and they'll be generous.

Could you be so kind and tell me if the prices were lower in the Heathrow shop than if ordered online?
Thx in advance,

-Tero- The Jo Malone shop at Heathrow is in the duty free area at Terminal 3. Obviously, you're not paying duty on it, so you do save on that; it's rather cheaper than buying in the US or the UK. They carry the whole range, and the shop is rather lovely.
I enjoy the large duty-free cosmetics shop at Terminal 3 as well; it's well stocked with a huge variety of non-niche stuff.
