These two have nothing to do with each other, apart from the name. You must try both of these before even considering buying. I kind of respect both,but wouldn't want to wear either. For some reviews, look for the directory; it obviously can't help you like smelling the fragrances yourself, but might give you some idea what scents might be worth looking into.

Body Kouros, along with A*Men, belong to the sweet as cotton candy school, where as the original Kouros is an old school blend of orange and spices that has been rightfully accused of smelling like a urinal de-odourant cake. The original Kouros is actually a re-make of Creed's Orange Spice. It is not for the faint at heart. I second that you proceed with caution on both.

I have worn A*MEN and personally I really don't particularly care for burnt chocalate but for some odd reason younger women thinks it's great. I guess I'll give the Original a shot or sample it first on your recommendation.

The above posts are spot-on (most of them at least, in my opinion). The two scents are nothing alike, only in name. However, I personally enjoy both a great deal.
The original Kouros is a polarizing scent. I happen to LOVE it and think that it is one of the greatest scents ever. I wear it at least once a week and have never had any complaints or regrets. However, it is definitely not a blind buy, and neither is it an ultra-modern, metrosexual scent. It is very masculine and fresh. A masterpiece in my opinion. Try it out and decide for yourself. (A word of caution: no more than two sprays! It is incredibly powerful.)
Body Kouros is an altogether different scent. I have worn it only once and cannot comment much on it. My wife, on the other hand, really liked it.

I enjoy both. I favour Body Kouros, though. Something about it that makes me feel good. Today, though, I wore 6 sprays. BIG mistake. In my defence, I have a cold and am unable to register much, smell-wise. I was doing ok until I got in my car. Once it hit, the windows came down, which in this weather isn't much fun (very cold). When I had arrived safely at work, I washed.............

Kouros and Body Kouros are from my perspective polar opposites of each other. I would not expect someone to like both. That being said both have their strong advocates and detractors. Both are cooler weather fragrances. Don't be scared off by the urinal cake description in one of the previous reviews of Kouros. This comes from the Civet note. Give each at least a day test, don't judge either in the first few minutes.

But the one that is definitely a masterpice is original Kouros!
Key to understanding it's beaty is applying it from a distance of 15 inch - not less.
