Mike Mike, you make some good points. (I see your post here and my PM to you have crossed paths and I didn't see your post here before I sent you my message. Maybe you haven't seen my PM yet either.)
Mike, I can't edit everything. There is some roll and tumble to posting at Basenotes, so yeah, a joke interjection about blowjobs is part of things. Note how it didn't hijack the thread however, as other posts have. Note also that it came before I made my warning to stay on topic. The posts I deleted all came after my warning, and after their authors disregarded my offer of moving off topic subject matter to a place on the site where it's appropriate.
I regret needing to delete your small and innocuous post, as I mentioned in my PM to you, but I did so because it is just part of the debate on the thread that is the hijacked part, and not on the topic itself.
I sympathize with your wish to discuss the ethical decisions behind shopping purchases, and I think that's a legitimate concern and one that comes up with some regularity on Basenotes threads. In this case, however, it brought contempt between members, scorn for discussion, and finger pointing that obscured and eliminated the considered discussion that Basenotes is known for. So in this case, I stopped it.
I'm sorry my terms about the unadult behavior on this thread tarnished you and your post. That was undeserved. I removed it because it lumped with the topic of the personality who's name is on the scent, not because it was offensive.
I think this thread's original idea is spent. I hope any other members who have thoughts for thisbekevinn will offer them, but otherwise this thread appears to have nothing but this controversy. It's all over but the shouting, maybe. If there's shouting, as I said, I'll close the thread.

Sorry DustB, Dolly Dagger and everyone else that got involved in this. I was just trying to ask about a fragrance, not the maker of it.
Anyways so I've been testing it out the past few days and I decided to keep the cologne spray, nice and light! But I've never known Paris to change her strenghts of her fragrances.
