Question:
I know that there are a fair amount of lime fragrances out there and the knock on many of them is that they have very little longevity.Are there any out there with strong lime notes with staying power?

Aoud Lime by Montale has amazing longevity and sillage only seconded by a nuclear warhead.

Truefitt & Hill West Indian Limes - all day staying power on me and usually is brought up as a good example of a long-lasting lime. However, it has as much lemon as lime, which could be a plus or minus for you, depending on what you are seeking.

Crown's Spiced Limes (now made by Anglia Perfumery) and Taylor of Old Bond Street's No. 74 Victorian Lime have very good longevity for lime based scents.

T&H West Indian Lime has a good lime note, but its extremely short lived, and the fragrance is more an exhibition of petitgrain than anything else. Can anyone comment on Trumpers Lime fragrance ?

Lancome O de Lancome features lime leaves as well as lemon juice - very citrussy and long lasting.

Diesel Green Feminine also has a great lime accord which last the duration.

Coconut Lime Verbena by Bath & Body Works has healthy longevity - but if you don't like coconut (it can be a little much sometimes) then this isn't for you as a fragrance.Makes a nice hand soap, though.

I know its an oil, but Madini's Citron lasts very well. It makes for a great summer scent.
