the_good_life, that is really excellent advice; thank you very much. So far my wife is not terribly sensitive to my fragrances--unless I feel kinda wild and throw on some Clubman. Then its another story. Perhaps I will take a break at that time. It appears that it may be more beneficial for everyone involved. Thanks again.

I forgot to give you a sample of Vetiver de Sel by Montale which is really beautiful...maybe I can bring it by Friday. I think your wife would love they way it smells since the Lutens line is a little opulant (at least for my nose). Also, the private series by Parfumerie Generale might work, especially Bois Blond (I know you like Timbuktu so it would be a similar category).
