Most Exciting "Mainstream" Men's Scents - Page 2
Question:
Opium Pour Homme KOUROS RIVE GAUCHE JAIPUR M7 EGOISTE PACO RABANNE PH HEMUT LANG CURION PH BODY KOUROS JAZZ PRESTIGE Answer: Azzaro Visit - Great mix of woods and pepper. Fantastic in its simplicity. Gucci Envy - Seductive and spicy while being smooth. Opium - It's already been mentioned. I think both the EdT and EdP are great. Kouros - Pure power. The honey in the drydown is to die for. M7 - Smoky and mysterious. By Man (Dolce & Gabbana) - Dirty and sexy. Floral without a hint of femininity. Fahrenheit - Getting a bit long-in-tooth, but there's something special about it. I can do without the "green-ness" in the topnotes, but the heart and drydown are teriffic. Somehow, the scent doesn't smell all that great on the skin, but it's sillage is stunning! Diesel Zero Plus - Unabashedly heavy on cinnamon, but on cold nights, this stuff works wonders. The musky drydown is excellent, and strongly reminiscent of the next fragrance: Escada Magnetism - Sweet woods, one of my favorites for the cooler months. Well, those are all I can think of at the moment. I can't wait to smell some of your works! I'm always on the lookout for great 80s–90s scents. Answer: Thank you dear Basenoters for your suggestions! I will make a shortlist and start sniffing around... I noticed I don't really have any reviews of men's scents on my blog (except for a few niche that can be worn by both men and women) and I think it's a shame not to leave out men's classics/unusual scents!
