Any tips on vintage frag shopping in Paris?
Question:
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for leads on shops in Paris that sell vintage scents, ideally both regular-size bottles and minis.
Thanks in advance.

Answer:
Yes - get thee to a flea market! If you go up to Clignancourt, there's a very large permanent flea market/antiques market, and you're likely to find some interesting stuff if you rummage (my last visit turned up a full mini of Nombre Noir, a vintage bottle of Apres l'Ondee and some Coty Emeraud which my mother ended up pinching. No Chypre, worst luck). Prices at flea markets tend to be rather better than they are at specialist shops (although the only specialist shop I'm very familiar with is in Bordeaux, which isn't hugely helpful for you).
You can find which market stalls are most likely to stock fragrances here: http://www.parispuces.com/en/Default.asp - do a search on 'parfum' and three come up.

Answer:
My jaw dropped a bit at Nombre Noir and Apres l'Ondee.
I want to visit Paris again.
