Question:
I just ordered this baby blind.....any thoughts??? I was looking for a spring /summer fragrance. The original Hererra has a nice peppery uplifting feel to it. I am hoping for a modern interpretation along that line.
I just sampled Mark Birley and i am finding a "gamey" kind of funky thing going on. So maybe i did the right thing by ordering the Hererra over the Birley.
Just rambling.....any thoughts????

I know Scentimus always thought I was crazy with this notion, but Herrera Chic reminds me of Very Valentino in its overall feel. It's definately not pipe tobacco, but the top watermelon notes fade to a warm, peppery base that sort of reminds me of VV when the pipe tobacco notes die down. I bought my Chic blind when it first came out, and I think it's a pretty good purchase.

Well i bought this blind too coz i just love Chic for women....so i decided to try Chic for men...i know i know there isnt any correlation there...but i just did...and i found it extremely disappointing....it is so so average....i get to smell watermelon in it...for a few minutes that is and then....its gone....there is nothing that stays....pathetic longevity....

longevity no problem, this fragance has an amazing staying power....
at first minutes is strong, but then u can feel the fruity/woody notes very comfortable and versatile... i cant think that chic is for a sumer / warmer weather..

I like Chic for Men very much; although, I have had longevity problems with it. I am, however, glad to hear there are others that haven't.

I like it a lot, on me (on my skin) it has a decent longevity...
it's very fresh and dare i say an elegant masculine fruity scent as well.
