I'm looking for a fragrance that will be complemented, or at least won't clash with cigar smoke. I'm 20 years old so I don't think I want something that would smell too old.

Guerlain Vetiver has a tobacco note (I can't really smell it, but they say it's there...) that would probably assist you in fitting a cologne with cigars. What kind of cigars do you smoke by the way?

is this a dutch master or some cigar at the cigarette counter, or a properly stored quality cigar from a maker such as La Gloria de Cubana? A good cigar shouldn't have competition from your fragrance choice. Best of all ask the seller of a great cigar what goes with a cigar cause I'm thinking ketchup on a filet mignon right now. Of course if it's the stuff at the gum counter that kids roll blunts with I like to sprinkle Gucci's Green with Envy all over them after I've ripped the spray attachment out with a pair of vise grips. Make sure it's the green Envy.

Try the very inexpensive but intriguing Cuba Paris series.
I particularly like the Cuba Red, identified as such from other Cuba Paris scents on their cigar-shaped spray bottles by color of cigar band only. Very definitely a tobacco note right off and the drydown is amazingly nice given the selling price at the online discount retailers ($4.50/1.15oz at one of them I think I remember seeing)
