scentiments.com and parfum1.com are my regular haunts. The good thing about scentiments is that if they're out of stock, you can have them send you an email when something comes back in stock - so if you're not in dire need of something, thats a good option to take advantage of.

I'd avoid a site called www.1stperfume.com Many members have had problems with them (basically if the order goes well, no problem, but if the order is wrong or comes up short... get ready for fireworks!)
