top down shakeup was announced by the new CEO of Chanel via Business Week magazine here in the states. I think I read that Chanel wants to be seen as an ultra luxurious house not a house that sells in department store chains. We'll have to wait to see what the next CEO does.
What was wrong with the CEO prior to the one they have now?
