New Dior Fahrenheit 32?
Question:
I don't know how I ended up at the chicchannel but they had some news and one item was relating to the new Dior Fahrenheit 32. Click and read the description. Hmmm? http://www.chicchannel.com/NEWS/feb/perfume/dior.htm http://nowsmellthis.blogharbor.com/blog/newfragrances Answer: Part of me is excited (Fahrenheit was my first high end scent I ever wore, in my teens) and then another part of me is annoyed (ANOTHER Fahrenheit? Do consumers need FOUR Fahrenheits to choose from?) Can't Dior spend it's time and $ on another new scent? Everyone seems happy with Dior Homme (i happen to not like it) and the Hedi Silmane exclusives were great (although pricey!), so why not another NEW Dior scent for men, instead of this re-packaged crap? Grr... Answer: Totally agree with Mike here. Limited editions of fragrances never get me excited; I always get a feeling they are made just to get people buy a new scent. I don't think fragrance houses use that much resources for these. Answer: I totally agree as well. However, Dior is one of the few designer houses that haven't released utter crap over the last few years (okay, with the possible exception of Higher) - I may not have liked all their recent releases but I respect them all. Fahrenheit 32 will probably be one of the few new designer releases that I will bother investigating. Answer: top of orange blossom! middle of vetiver! and a base of vanilla! i'm looking forward to this....
