Rochas Lui & Gucci por Homme - Page 3
Question:
Lui, Lui, Lou-ee. I've got a full 3.3 oz. spray bottle w/box it I'm willing to trade. Answer: I just received a full bottle of this yesterday and love it. I really don't get the comparisons to Gucci Pour Homme. It has in some way a little feel of Terre d'Hermes in the drydown to me, but just a little. For some reason, I have fallen completely in love with Rochas Lui and it is now in my Top 10. The bottle is a thing of beauty sitting in my cabinet too. Answer: I've never tried Rochas Lui, so by default I have to go with Da Gooch, which I just traded to get another full-size cuboid. Now I have two almost-full bottles! It's sublime. Answer: Originally Posted by Jock_With_Scents The bottle is a thing of beauty sitting in my cabinet too. Yeah, that bottle is soooooo cool - the 50ml bottle looks a lot better, IMHO. But yes, Rochas Lui all the way - a far more interesting scent than Gucci's 'Pencil Shavings'... Answer: How does Guerlain Heritage compare to these two? Or is it very different? Answer: Ryanm, Heritage is a good bit different from Gucci Pour Homme and Rochas Lui. I am not really sure why these two are compared in the thread because they are IMO very different frags. Heritage and Rochas Lui are both scents that I could wear in both casual and formal situations. I happen to be madly in love with both. I once loved GPH but we broke up when I was introduced to Kyoto. Answer: Originally Posted by Jock_With_Scents Ryanm, Heritage is a good bit different from Gucci Pour Homme and Rochas Lui.
