I've been drawn to the more masculine/assertive scents over the past year. Not sure if that matches up with what you mean by "Bad Boy" scent but even if it is not an exact match I expect that there would be a lot of overlap. I would expect that you are looking for a scent which is less sweet and flowery and more into wood, herb and leather. Something which makes a bold statement and is different then most of what you smell out there. Anyway if this is what you are looking for, these are some which I've found that really appeal to me:
- Yatagan (Fall in a northern evergreen forest)
- Cumming (A nice smokey/earthy smell with tobacco and scotch)
- Bel Ami (A great uber fragrance from the 80's with lemon and leather)
- Santos (A great Woody/Herb fragrance)
Some others to look into:
- Givenchy Gentleman (May be too refined but still worth a look, one of my favorites)
- Gucci pour Homme (I found it too dry but a lot of others like it; Wood and Smoke)
- Cuiron Pour Homme (A very dry, too dry for me, but very good Leather)
- Bois du Portugal (I thought Santos was MUCH better at 1/3 the cost but many really love this one)
- Halston Z-14 (Similar appeal as Santos but I find it has a lot more rough edges but it can be had really cheap at TJ Max)
If the strongly masculine is not to your liking maybe one of the more dark fragrances like:
- Ungaro I or III (Both very dark and brooding. The I is better then the III but MUCH harder to find. The III was reformulated a few years back and many complain the new one lacks longevity, get the red floral box for the old)

Yatagan is a great recommendation. I'd add LV Piper Nigrum - its a dark, sparky scrapper of a scent.
Oh, I'll also add Aigner Man in Leather - you wouldn't want to mess with any bad boy wearing that, because you wouldn't want to get that close to them (Anybody want to swap a bottle?)

The only frag I know of that is directly marketed toward gangsters is Phat Pharm. My SA gave me a sample, but I've yet to bring myself to open it.
