How do I widen my boots?
Question:
Hi everyone, can someone pls help me. I just got this pretty Gucci boots as a gift. SOmething I always wanted, somehow they ran smaller than expected. I am a size 7 and the boots are 7 1/2 which is suppose to fit me, but they are really tight. Can someone tell me how to expand them? I know a cobbler can put this thing in it to make it bigger but where, which cobbler? I live in the city by the way. Thanks in advance.

Answer:
Any would be able to. They all do it

Answer:

I agree with bubblecious - the wet scrunched up newspaper works absolute wonders! You may have to do it a few times to get the desired results, but it will work!

Answer:
You can get these spray thing at any shoe stores or shoe repair place. Its a spray that you spray on and it softens the leather and also expands the leather a little. I use it for most of my pointy shoes cause my feet are quite wide towards the top! =/

Answer:
Get the bootmaker to try some stretching spray. If that doesn't work, then get him to put it on the turner for a couple of days. HTH

Answer:
Because they are Gucci and therefore quite expensive, I would take them to the cobbler. I wouldn't try DIY repair jobs on those shoes!
Lucky girl, by the way!
