Yes, the clips on the button pockets are my favourite feature about the mimco button bag! Zippers on them just look wierd...
And I think that you can really tell that it is a fake. I hate fakes. You might as well buy an investment piece rather than just impulse-buy. $400 is quite reasonable. The leather's sooo nice and the style of the bag is ingenious.
I have the navy one that I got a few months ago and I love it sooo much! I use it sooo much and it's still in tip-top condition. It was worth every penny. It's my favourite bag at the moment. It's part of my "10% of my wardrobe that I wear 90% of the time"

I saw a honey snow in the mimco store 2 weeks ago and I remember it having brass buttons. I must be going mad.
I called the stockists today and they assured me that they only made the honey snow with the lucite buttons. But they had a cognac one with brass buttons last year. Does anyone remember if the cognac had a snow trim also?
