Question:
I'm after a briefcase type bag so I can chuck my computer, paperwork, and then all my handbag bits in it, but they are so hard to find! They are either really corporate (my job is only corporate some of the time, mostly I'm in jeans ) or really casual. I have been checking out the Catherine Manuell bags, but being that they don't sell online or anywhere but Vic they're out of the question. Any other suggestions? I found one I love on etsy, but she doesn't have the pattern on it I want in stock (it is chocolate coloured with a bright pink hibisucs screen printed on it - gorgeous) and it's also slightly bordering on casual, so I'm sussing out my other options.
Off to check the spencer and rutherford - are there any others?

i carry a laptop around at work and when i'm out at clients too. but i find that things are easier having a separate laptop bag and a handbag, than having one big bag.
have a look at oroton, i've seen some bags office briefcases/laptop bags there.
