diana ferrari sells black dye for shoes, not sure about the actual retail stores though. ive seen them in the factory outlets. i think they were about $16 (i may be wrong) hope that helps!

Mister Minit sells a product named something like "colour change". I'd go to a shoe repairer and ask them to do it.
