I have the same problem!
I'm not in Perth so can't give any recommendations, but I have found it pretty easy finding heeled boots. Finding flat boots for skinny legs is a nightmare though!

I have this problem too. Some girls on here have suggested some Zomp boots are slimmer, but there's no Zomp in Brisbane for me to try. I don't know if Perth has one.
I have a pair of heeled Milana (from DJ's) boots that fit me nice and snug. Also I found a pair at Wittner a few months back that fitted me too, flat wth pointy toe.

i have never found a pair that fit me around the calf ---> they ALL look like gumboots

I just bought a knee boots from Joanne Mercer and it is tight around the calf.
