For once Stephaine M has got it right good on her, but im not feeling the tandoori tan but snaps for a dress that actual suits her and the hairs pretty too as for the performance outfit/hair/"singing" not so much
that burberry dress on Erica, her not so much.
A really big lack of interesting outfits it was all just blah blah blah, Natalie B's prada but she did not work it well IMO the belt was all wrong as was the top but 'd her hair

I have to agree with some of the other posters- Steph Mac looks great! Love the dress, shoes, hair, etc. etc. About time! I think the rest are all very ordinary.
