I personally never wear padded bras (I'm a b cup) Not because I think it's lying but because I can't find one that doesn't give me a weird shape!
Calvin Klein do really pretty bras without padding as does Elle McPherson

^ Try the lovable padded ones without the wire - they look like they have wire but they don't. They are the BEST bras! They used to only have white but now they have black and the skin colour (yay).

they stops nipple fripples and makes clothes look nicer. Its not lying at all. I really think you shouldnt worry so much and whack one on.

Anyway, I'm an A cup and every bra I wear has padding. I don't see it as lying, I want to look and feel sexy and I just don't if I'm wearing a normal bra. However, I have one of those Berlei Barely There bras, it's only slightly padded but still pushes up a bit and is soooo comfortable. I highly recommend!
If you feel uncomfortable in a padded bra, then by all means don't wear one. But don't feel like you're 'lying' if you choose to wear one, as other voguettes have said, do you wear makeup? Shave, wax, colour your hair? Hardly any of us is completely natural when you think about it! Lol.

Re - lying: Don't worry, people won't suddenly accuse you of lying because you're wearing a padded bra. Although my best friend was convinced I was "faking it" & gathered a few girls to start prodding my boobs to see if it was padded

Padded bras usually give you a better shape than non padded ones. And you don't have to buy the full on padded ones. lightly lined are great too. I personally wouldn't buy a bra unless it did have some sort of padding.

That way, your nips won't show through your shirt when they stick out

i have b cup bust and i find it the opposite - all the beautiful, lacy, sheer bras i love are always not padded..which gives me no shape. all my bras have at least moulding to them, and most have some padding. i hate too much though, like those water bras etc
just try some moulded (lightly padded, or enough to give it some shape)
don't think of it as lying, think of it as using resources to look your best

elle macpherson does really nice bras without padding, and ive found that they run a bit on the small side, so an A cup could be an AA i guess.
