yeah i'm always wearing a padded bra. even if it's just a little bit of padding, it doesnt bother me. sometimes i put my superbra on (ok, a lof of the time, i have like 4 superbras) but if i feel like having a flat day (which im not ashamed of) i wear lightly padded ones like the kayser brazillian ones that give you good shape and support but don't look like you've layered socks into your bra.
don't worry about 'lying' - no one really notices if you inflate/deflate, and it's just like changing your nail colour! sometimes you feel like a hot red, othertimes it's demure pink

I don't think it's 'lying' at all... you can wear whatever bra you like... the only thing why I don't wear padded bra is because I want to minimize all the bumps in my body... my breast and my bums and my hips... I like everything to be flat and straight...

lol maybe because I'm rather petite as well, but I'm a B usually - small C around a certain time of each month, but I only ever wear paddd bras when they get bigger (C's), because they're comfy lol.
I find that the bigger your cleavage appears to be, the larger/frumpier you appear to be as well (unless you happen to be amazingly skinny everywhere else!).
My two cents, but if I was an A cup I definitely wouldn't hesitate in wearing a padded pushup bra

If you want another unpadded bra suggestion, I have some gorgeous sets from agent provocateur, all unpadded. I'm normally a smallish B cup but they seem to size small as I'm practically bursting out of their b cup bras. I'm sure some of the A and AA cup girls could find something pretty and unpadded from their range.
