Actually, S&T do make size 6 in their tailored items - ie pants, skirts I have the long lean pants from last winter in a size 6 & they fit perfectly (Except for the 10 inches I had altered off the length )

Sounds as if you're a similar height to me GG. I swear my daughter's legs will soon be longer than mine and she's only 5!
Yes, I have some pants in a 6. It's more the casual pieces that I wish were scaled down a bit.. too much volume looks daft on me.

I'm 155cm Pants are the worst thing for me. I don't mind the fit of their dresses, the length tends to fall just on knee or above which suits my conservative nature

I don't mind dresses being longer, but pants are a nightmare. I also find buying shoes hard here in Australia.... much easier in Europe and Japan as I'm size 35/36

i have just shown MrKC my and H's lovely Georgina Goodman boots that we got at such a bargain price, and he is SO IMPRESSED! He couldn't believe how much cheaper we got them for, and he thinks they are gorgeous shoes and really well made, and he says i'm allowed to buy 10 pairs of shoes a year from that website when they are on sale he is so funny!

Really?? Hmm... I just lifted all the paper stuffing out of my shoebox & couldn't find any, just the GG leaflet.
I like the look of H's boots but don't quite understand how you wear them with the shoe lace at the top? And the elastic thing they mention for the ankle, how does that work?

I was feeling depressed today so I did a bad thing....I went to Scanlan and bought 2 cardis a black cashmere cardi and a new one they got in today light grey called Carine Cardigan which I really love its ribbed over the shoulder with a little ruffle across front and back above the bust and blousey 3/4 sleeves
...i am so shallow I feel much better now
