DO:
- wear shoes you can walk in (which for me mainly means flats )
- invest in some "special" pieces that you love (some great jeans, hot dresses, versatile accessories)
- wear things that you feel comfortable and confident in
- look for bargains from Target, Big W, Kmart, Diva, Cotton On etc but be prepared to pick through tons of cr*p for one decent buy.
DON'T:
- wear hem-lines shorter than your confidence allows (you will be tugging at your skirt all day)
- dress head to toe in surf brand gear if you don't either surf, or spend all your free time at the beach
- wear brand names scrawled across your bum on jeans or trackies
- wear slogan tees from supre
- buy all your wardrobe from just jeans, sussans or portmans, Not to mention supre, jay jays, dotti etc. And that is not to say you shouldn't shop at these places. Just limit yourself!
- buy something just because it is cheap/heavily reduced. Remember that even bargains have to be paid for.
- wear those plasticy/vinyl stretch knee high boots (they should be illegal).
- wear white flared trousers
- wear low cut flared hipster stretch jeans (the bogan kind)
- wear the above items with big sports brand hoody from Rebel Sport
- wear ugg boots with mini skirts
- wear awful cheap tacky short party dresses (previously mentioned the halter ones with uneven hem lines)
- bleach your hair if you can't keep up with the re-growth (Think solid platinum blond hair with 2 inches of black re-growth).
- wear the boot leg stretch jeans with the seam down the middle
- wear tee-shirt material stretchy belts from supre
I am sure I could think of more if I tried...
I was at a cafe for two hours today and I saw at least five girls come in wearing minis and ugg boots, singlets and scarves. I thought this look was well and truly over. I don't want it to be back in.

Answer:
ok. i cant stand people like this:
*wearing hip hop
*wearing bagging jeans with heels
*wearing the whole sporty matching outfit (ive seen heaps with heels with this look too)
*wearing things that just arent that season(e.g. furry boots/furry items in hot summers day.Even my mum cant stand that she just has to tell me everytime she see them)
*dont wear fakes!!!!!PLS!!!
DO - take this thread lightly, also dont take my comments to serious if i had offended anybody here.

That said: I'd rather see women wearing those than short shorts with knee high boots to Uni. Worst.look.ever.
lol I don't know, If worn by someone with supersuper hot legs this look would be a pleasant distraction from the usual drudgery of jeans + flats (not that it doesn't look good, it's just so predictable). I'm so over uni fashion!!

I AGREE WITH YOU 100% ... Arrgh I want to kill whoever it was that came up with the briliant idea to create THIN low v-neck shirts... I haven't seen any guy pull it off because everyone I've seen it in has been bloody massive! ... And the whole skinny jeans thing on guys....
Please, unless you really resemble a small petite girl, the whole skinny jeans thing is never going to work. And it's a bit iffy even if you are skinny.

I agree with those thin shirts - they look terrible - especially because they are normally fluoro!
